I know my interest in boring postcards is not particularly original or unique, but I can at least claim that it has been a minor obsession since childhood and long before any books were published about it. I found a fine stack of particularly dull ones in a charity shop recently and will perhaps post them as I send them to my dearest friends, the lucky devils.
